Humboldt State University is impacted at the campus-level for first time freshmen, but not impacted at the campus-level for upper division transfers. Consequently, supplemental admission criteria may be utilized in determining admission eligibility for out-of-area freshman applicants, but only minimum eligibility criteria may be utilized in determining admission status of all upper division transfer applicants. Therefore, all CSU-eligible upper division transfer students who apply must be admitted.
