* Audit Description: These classes should either NOT be Async or should NOT have scheduled rooms and times. The Room field should indicate ONL, TBA, or OC.
To correct this error, go to the Meetings tab in the Class Schedule in PeopleSoft, then click on the "Meeting APDB Mapping Values" link. Enter "F" for "Face-to-Face" Learning Mode or remove the schedule dats/times, and room.
Online courses with specific times/schedule should have a Learning Mode of "S" for synchronous. If multiple meeting patterns exist for the course section, be sure to update this information on each meeting pattern.
