In most cases, adjusting the load factors should recalculate the WTUs for the course, as long as the Auto Calc checkbox is left on. If workload does not automatically recalculate, manually correct the WTUs for the section based on the load factor percentages you entered (this step is necessary for C-classification courses only; S-classification courses will be mass updated by APS).
