Instructors with expired/invalid or wrong appt record

* Audit Description: These instructor records are either inactive (status must be A or P), expired, or otherwise invalid for APDB reporting and must be changed to a valid jobcode for APDB. In some cases, the jobcode may be correct but the associated department does not match the class and so a different EMPL Rcd# should be selected. To correct, go to the Schedule of Classes, and select a valid Empl Rcd# by clicking the magnifying glass lookup in the instructor block. This will allow you to choose an active, valid jobcode.
Valid jobcodes for APDB are: 2358-2359 Lecturer, 2360-2361 Tenure Track, 2393 Visiting Faculty, 2353-2354 Teaching Associate, 2482 Department Chair (only use if full-time chair, else use faculty jobcode), 2373-2384 Coaches, 0051 Non-Employee Tracking (Volunteers), 3070-3075 Counselors (academic related), 2457 Summer Faculty (summer term only).

Please note that valid jobcodes may not be available until 2-3 weeks after the start of a semester when jobs have been activated in PeopleSoft. All corrections should be made prior to census.
