To correct this error, go to the Meetings tab in the Class Schedule in PeopleSoft, then click on the "Meeting APDB Mapping Values" link. Enter the appropriate number of TBA hours for the meeting pattern using the calculations as described on page 3, item 3 of the APDB Class Schedule Guide.   Faculty Contact Hours per credit unit (needed for these calculations) can be found on page 1 of the APDB Data Element Dictionary Excerpts.

Note that if the course has "TBA" in the meeting pattern, but has scheduled DAYS, TIME and ROOM, the TBA should be removed and replaced with the actual meeting pattern from the dropdown list. Leave blank if there is no matching pattern in the dropdown list.
