In this class, you¿ll learn storytelling techniques, the dos and don¿ts of describing food, recipe writing, and how to pitch ideas to get paid. You¿ll hear from a variety of storytellers such as bloggers, cookbook authors, food historians, food critics, and from the people involved in food production ¿ laborers, farmers, businesses and restaurants.
