* Audit Description: List of courses where the Auto calculation for instructor workload has been turned off. Selecting the auto-calculation checkbox is preferred as doing so helps keep workload in synch, even when courses have been modified. If selecting the auto-calculation option causes an incorrect value to appear or causes the workload to be blank for C-classification courses, a correction is needed in the Class Association. To fix, go to Adjust Class Associations and select the Class Components tab. Under Class Components, enter the contact hours and calculated workload from the audit into the appropriate boxes.
You will not be able to correct this issue after Class Associations are locked. If this is the case, check to confirm that the manually entered faculty workload is correct, and ignore the error.
