HINT: If the instructor record appears valid, there may be more than one class meeting record or the Assign Type may be set to "Not Include". The number of class meeting records is shown below and you can see this count at the top of the Meeting Pattern block in the form.
If an Invalid Instructor appears, it means the person assigned does not have a teaching appointment or the assign type is set to "Not Include" and so cannot be the sole instructor for APDB reporting. Please contact APS for guidance on this issue.
If you have submitted appointment paperwork, but the instructor is not listed in your course instructor dropdown in the class schedule, please contact Academic Personnel Services at x5086.
