- Credit card payments can ONLY be made online. We cannot bill credit card numbers written on the Official Transcript Request Form or given over the phone.
- Once an online payment has been made, you must still submit a transcript request form.

NOTE: Unofficial transcripts can be mailed, faxed, emailed, or picked up by the student. A valid photo ID is required when picking up transcripts.
Incomplete requests will delay processing and may result in your request being returned. Please ensure that you have included all of the required information on the Official Transcript Request form and that you have enclosed adequate payment for the service(s) you are requesting. If you receive a call from our office regarding a problem with your transcript request, calling the Transcript Office at 707-826-6242 when the problem has been corrected will expedite the process.
The following fee structure applies to transcript(s) ordered at the same time.

Your transcript request will be processed and mailed out in 7-15 working days after arriving in our office. Expedited (RUSH) Handling requests will be processed and mailed out in three working days after arriving in our office. Because of the volume of requests received at the end of each semester, transcript processing may take up to six weeks to process due to end of term grades and degree posting.
Transcript requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your request will not be processed if you have any outstanding financial or administrative obligations to the university. These must be cleared before your records can be released.
There is an option on the form to have transcripts held and sent at a later date (after grades, after degree posts, etc.). If you desire to have a transcript sent now and another copy sent at a later date, you MUST make two separate requests.
