The email you just received
contains an attached, comma-separated-value file with data about the students
that you have requested. The first
line in the file contains the column names.
Every other line contains information about one student. With a little practice, you should be able
to easily use this file to:
format and print
lists and reports with Microsoft Excel, or
generate labels
or personalized letters or emails with Microsoft Word.
The file can also be easily loaded into
Microsoft Access or other business productivity software tools.
