The lines entered in this box will be the body of the email message sent when you submit this form.
You may send up to 3 attached files with your email message. To attach a file, click the "Browse..." button. The name of the file you chose will appear to the left of the button when you've selected a file. Specify an "Optional Rename of Attachment" to control the file name used on the email attachment. If you do not specify a name for the attachment, the form will use the name from your file system.
Each file must be less than 2MB. If you try to attach files that are not on your own computer (like files accessed via a network shared drive), the upload may timeout. If that occurs, copy the files to your computer and "Browse..." to them there.
Spaces in file names will be replaced with underscores ("_") for compatibility reasons.
If errors occur, you can usually use the "Back" button of your Web browser to got back to the form as it was when you pressed the "Submit" button. Attachments will have to be re-attached if you go "Back".
